Privacy policy
Your data, kept in your hands
Effective date: August 13, 2026
1. What we collect
Your invoice data — business details, client details, line items and totals — is built and rendered entirely in your browser. We do not transmit it to our servers unless you explicitly choose to send it by email or save it to an account.
2. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to remember your preferences (such as your chosen currency or template) and, if you consent, to understand aggregate usage of the site through privacy-respecting analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
3. How we use information
Any information you do choose to send us — for example through the Contact form or by emailing an invoice to a client — is used solely to provide the service you requested. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Data retention
Since invoices are generated client-side, we retain no copy unless you opt in to saving. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law (such as the GDPR or India's DPDP Act).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
